Dev to Master

Updating NMS classes. NmsEntityGet is still broken though its fallback will still work as they changed the way they retrieve entities from worlds. NmsChat is also broken due to titles no longer using enums, it now uses what seems to be multiple classes/objects. Also need to check NmsBasics too.
